Network maintenance & Business Continuity Plan tests

We will be performing network equipment maintenance and we will switch all network traffic to our secondary IP range. We will keep this configuration from November 4th to November 14th to perform a full Business Continuity Plan (BCP) test of our infrastructure.

We do not anticipate any service downtime; however, some users may experience occasional authentication errors during this period.

This scheduled maintenance affects: Websites (Admin Console, User Selfcare), Tokens (Browser Tokens, Mobile Tokens), and Connectors (API, SAML, Radius, OIDC).
