Random errors due to internal equipment failure

Resolved

One of the crypto servers encountered an error, resulting in it refusing any new connections. Due to the failover system within our architecture, the majority of traffic was successfully redirected to other crypto servers. However, some transactions continued to experience failures.

The issue was resolved by restarting the affected equipment. Additionally, the alerting and failover mechanisms have been reviewed and corrected to prevent future occurrences.
